Contributed to a multi-role Laravel platform for vehicle renting, covering vehicle listings, bookings and payments. The platform has separate areas for customers, vendors and admins, with booking management, reviews, notifications and integrated Nepali payment gateways (Khalti and eSewa).

#challenge
Payment flows in Nepal have edge cases - a user can cancel a Khalti payment without triggering the callback, leaving bookings stuck in a pending state. Multi-role permissions also had to stay strict across every controller.
#solution
Implemented a status check on the bookings page that reconciles initiated Khalti payments against the gateway and cancels expired ones automatically. Integrated both Khalti and eSewa in sandbox mode first, then hardened the admin booking management and vendor workflows.
#results
Booking and payment states now stay correct even when users abandon or cancel a payment, and the admin team can manage bookings and contacts from a single dashboard.
